Aerial Photography
Professional aerial photography and drone roof surveys tailored for homes, estates, construction, real estate, and creative projects. Every flight is planned, assessed, and executed with safety and compliance at the core.
Certified & Insured
Operations are carried out in accordance with CAA requirements. I hold the A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) and maintain full insurance for all commercial work. Each job includes a documented risk assessment and on-site safety checks.
Insurance and certification documents available on request.
A Fleet to Fit the Job
I operate a fleet of drones to match image quality, environment, and regulatory needs—from lightweight aircraft suited to tighter urban spaces to larger platforms for high-resolution imaging and survey accuracy.
The right aircraft means better results, safer flights, and full compliance.

Why Regulations Matter
In the UK, all drone flying is regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to protect people, property, and the airspace. Unfortunately, some operators ignore the rules—putting clients and the public at risk.
As a certified and insured operator, I follow the law on airspace restrictions, safe distances, and privacy, and I complete a formal risk assessment before every flight. Choosing a compliant pilot protects you, your project, and your reputation.
Key UK rules at a glance (plain English)
- Airspace & locations: No flying in restricted zones or near airports without proper permissions.
- People & property: Maintain safe distances; additional restrictions apply in built-up areas.
- Privacy: Be respectful and lawful with images captured—no intrusive surveillance.
- Responsibility: The pilot must identify hazards and put mitigations in place before flight.
I’ll advise you if any permissions or NOTAM checks are needed for your site.
How It Works
- Enquiry: Tell me about your location, goals, and deliverables.

FAQ
Can you fly over my property?
Usually yes, subject to airspace and safety constraints. I’ll confirm feasibility after an airspace and on-site review.
Do you need neighbour permission?
I don’t need permission to overfly at legal altitudes, but I do plan considerate operations and may liaise with neighbours if appropriate.
What about bad weather?
High winds, rain, or poor visibility can delay flights. I’ll provide a weather window and reschedule if conditions aren’t safe or compliant.
Are you insured?
Yes—commercial public liability insurance covers aerial operations. Certificates can be supplied on request.
